Now that our handbook “Internationalisation of Higher Education” can be found in many leading administrations and international offices, we are proud to launch this complementary webpage. It was created for two main reasons:
First of all, it is intended to give every visitor basic information on the project “Handbook Internationalisation”, its aims and contents, its editors and authors. At the same time, it provides information on subscription and payment.
Secondly, it is supposed to serve as a workstation for those who have already subscribed to the handbook. The webpage gives every logged-in subscriber full access to an electronic version of all articles included in the handbook.
But this is just a first step: As part of the ongoing effort to set up a comprehensive Internet portal on the internationalisation of higher education, it will provide information on conferences, developments and trends as well as contacts and links related to the topic of internationalisation. It is also intended as an online exchange for information within the wider community of anyone involved in internationalisation strategies and measures. We believe that the combination of handbook and online-access – enabling you to get in touch with peers involved in internationalisation strategies and measures, and to access the contents from any point in the world – is in and of itself conducive to the process of internationalisation.
As a subscriber, you will get an activation link for the member section. Once you have registered, you will have full access to full-text versions of all articles and our international contact data base. For more information please check the FAQs.
