Finding Solutions to Administrative Challenges in International Collaboration Through a COIL Collaboration

This paper presents preliminary findings from a pilot Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project conducted in 2024 among administrative staff from Southern African Nordic Centre (SANORD) member institutions. Using COIL principles, support staff at SANORD member institutions participated in this project to advance international collaboration through administrative support and enhance understanding of their role in achieving the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The study aimed to identify and address administrative challenges in international collaboration.
