Diversity-Sensitive Internationalization in Social Work Degree Programs
This paper examines how internationalization programs can be designed to include certain student groups by investigating an international blended learning program of the Faculty of Social Work at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences. The program has existed for 20 years and has consistently focused on addressing the student heterogeneity, e.g., in terms of content, organization, and structure. The paper aims to provide practical guidance for designing and implementing diversity-sensitive internationalization programs.
